Brad Hudson, CFP®, CIMA® Founder/ Senior Client Advisor Certified Financial Planner TM Ceritfied Investment Management Analyst TM Estate Planning Consultant

Brad has been a Financial Advisor for over 15 years and joined Raymond James Financial Services as an independent financial advisor in February of 2006 and has since been awarded membership in the Executive Council* in 2009, 2010 and 2011. He was invited to attend the Raymond James Institute of Investment Management Consulting in August 2006 and April 2007. He attended Raymond James National Training meetings in February 2006, September 2007, September 2008, March 2009, and March 2010. He has also attended due diligence meetings with Lord Abbett Investments, DWS Scudder, Hartford Financial, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Lincoln Financial, American Century Funds and Russell Investment Group. In 2008, Brad obtained his registered principal license and opened a Raymond James Financial Services office with three additional financial advisors and staff. In 2010, Brad was awarded the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst(sm) from IMCA and the Wharton School of Business at Pennsylvania University.

Prior to joining Raymond James Financial Services, Brad was employed by Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor. During his five years of employment with Morgan Stanley, Brad obtained all the necessary licenses to operate as a financial advisor, earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification as well as the Estate Planning Consultant designation offered through The American College. Before leaving, he was also honored as one of the top 500 Advisors in the firm. While at Raymond James, he completed levels I and II of advanced investment training and after passing a comprehensive examination, he earned the designation of Investment Management Consultant.

Before starting a career in financial services, Brad served as Administrator of Distribution Services in Greenville, North Carolina for what is today Cardinal Healthcare and was responsible for coordinating the logistics of medical supply delivery to the 16 hospitals and surgery centers in Eastern North Carolina. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from East Carolina University with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in both financial services and corporate finance. His Studies included finance, accounting, economics, information systems, marketing, and business management. He is also an active member of Phi Sigma Pi, National Honor Fraternity, First Baptist Church, Wilmington, North Carolina, and is a member of the Unlock Hope committee for The Harrelson Center.

Brad and his wife Cindy have lived in the greater Wilmington, North Carolina, area since 2001 with their four wonderful kids, Bailey, Cole, Dalton, and Gavin.

Karen Neuwirth

Karen Neuwirth joined Raymond James as Office Assistant in April 2010 bringing a wealth of administrative experience with her. She was promoted to Office Manager in August 2010. Upon attaining her securities licenses in 2014, her title was changed to Registered Client Service Manager.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Karen worked for CP&L/Progress Energy in both Wilmington and Raleigh where she won numerous awards for work on various project teams. She also worked in the mortgage industry for a number of years.

Karen graduated Summa Cum Laude from N. C. Wesleyan College with a B.S. in Business Administration in May 2000.

Karen is an active member of St. Andrew’s On-the-Sound Episcopal Church and she is a native Wilmingtonian.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her dog Pickett, going to the beach, dancing, and reading.

Rebecca Crouch

Rebecca Crouch joined Sound Harbor as a Client Services Associate in 2014. She previously worked as a Project Manager with IBM for 10 years in Research Triangle Park.

Rebecca graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 1997 with a BS in Information Systems and Operations Management.

Rebecca and her husband, Davis, returned to Wilmington in 2004 with their 2 kids, Katie and Jackson, and their menagerie of animals.
